Breathtaking Uganda

For many people, Uganda is all about the Mountain Gorillas and with half of the world’s remaining population residing here, it’s a massive draw. In Bwindi Forest National Park, you can go gorilla trekking and spend some time with these magnificent creatures. A trek through one of Africa’s most ancient rainforests, in search of the vulnerable mountain gorilla, is one of the world’s premier wildlife encounters. However, it’s not just all about the gorillas, Africa’s Big Five can also be seen in this landlocked East African country and Murchison Falls in western Uganda where the wide River Nile is forced through a narrow cleft, producing a torrent of white water, is a spectacular sight.
